Exchanges

We got you covered.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date your item was delivered.

Please email info@Idlhapparel.com with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging.

*Merchandise must be undamaged in original condition to qualify for a merchandise exchange.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item back the exchange will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for exchanges.

There are NO RETURNS for Clearance products. Those sales are final unless it's a quality issue.
